Corporate Development

In February 2011 we founded Norfin Brasil, a Real Estate Investment Manager to operate in Brazil. The company was formed through a 50/50 partnership between Norfin and Alphapar (Alphaville Participações S.A.).

Alphapar was created more than 60 years ago to promote urban development, providing resources and articulating partnerships for the planning and execution of real estate projects. The company has been responsible for the implementation of several urban centres, always conceived according to principles that ensure environmental preservation and promote economic development.

Alphapar's shareholders are Renato de Albuquerque e Nuno Lopes Alves, two renowned entrepreneurs recognized by their astute attitude and successful track record. They have launched innovative concepts that have revolutionised urban development in Brazil and in Portugal.

Norfin Brasil will leverage upon the experience of its shareholders (Norfin and Alphapar) to identify and manager Real Estate investment opportunities in Brazil with the objective of achieving competitive returns for investors.
