Investment Criteria
In terms of positioning along the capital structure we invest exclusively in unlisted equity, typically being the majority or the sole investor. While almost all our investments have been in commercial Real Estate, for some specific funds we have invested in Residential Real Estate with a specific development or repositioning angle.
Sector wise, while we have made investments across the Real Estate spectrum we specialise in Offices and Logistics. |
