Belarmino Carvalho
Director, Fund Manager
Prior to joining Norfin in 2010 Belarmino was a Coordinator of the Supervisory Team to the project to expand the "Red Line" of the Lisbon Metro. Previously he was a Project Manager at Febritas, a subsidiary company of REFER (Portuguese national rail infrastructure). He has over 12 years of project management experience. Belarmino holds a Degree in Civil Engineering by IST in Lisbon and an MBA by a JV of the Catholic University and Nova University in Lisbon.
